Based on a farm in Ashford, our fishing lakes overlook the rolling hills of the Kent countryside, welcoming anglers of all abilities from Ashford and beyond. Whether you're joining us for day fishing or overnight camping, we offer angling throughout the day and night in a peaceful, rural setting. We have a catfish lake and a carp lake with varying sizes and breeds of fish for beginners and more advanced anglers, so there is something for everyone.

There are no rules on how long anglers can stay, and we have the following angling and regular facilities for you to use during your stay:
Our fishing lake offers a choice of two angling experiences. The carp lake is set within a shaded woodland area, while the catfish lake enjoys an open setting with direct sunlight, and during spring and summer, there is direct vehicle access to both our lakes. If you're planning overnight camping, you're welcome to fish throughout the night. We are also a dog-friendly site, and for the comfort of all anglers, we ask that dogs are kept on a lead as they can spook the fish.
Please note that we do not have electric hookups or shower facilities, but we are more than happy to charge your devices, and we do provide water in containers. We can also welcome campervans by prior arrangements so please call us to discuss.
Safety is very important to us, so we ensure that we have the relevant licences required for extended fishing stays by our lake in Ashford. We always have an adult on-site, along with 24/7 CCTV, and we lock our gates every night, so you can focus on your overnight fishing or simply relax during your overnight camping stay at our tranquil fishing lakes.
