What we Offer

At Forest Lakes Kent, our fishing lakes are open to visitors and contain a range of fish, along with on-site facilities to keep you going throughout your time here. If you would like to fish with our angling facilities, a valid UK fishing licence is required.

Carp Lake

If you are looking for carp fishing, our dedicated carp lake, which is in woodland and shaded, has the following features:

11 swims that are large enough for a bivvy with plenty of room for rods and movement.
Contains carp, grass, koi carp, mirror carp, ghost carp, golden north, barbel, perch.

Catfish Lake

If you are looking for catfish angling, our dedicated lake, which is open and directly in the sunshine, has the following features:

6 swims that are made up of 4 doubles and 2 singles, which have plenty of room.
Contains catfish, pike, carp, silvers chub, koi.

Overnight Camping

Please note that we do not have shower facilities, electric hookups, running water or electric cookers, but we are happy to charge devices for you.

Campervans are allowed pre-arranged, please call us to discuss.
Overnight camping means overnight fishing is allowed.

Toilet and Shop

We stock a range of supplies in our fishery shop, so we will have what you need for a lovely day on our fishing lakes.

A Portaloo is located near the entrance and is cleaned professionally.
Bait shop with homemade boilies, bite alarms and more.
Snack selection including crisps, pot noodles, coffee, biscuits and canned drinks.

Safety is very important to us, so we hold all relevant licences and always have someone on site at our angling facilities. Our gates are locked every evening, and we have CCTV, so you can be assured you are in safe hands in our fishing space.

Founded in 2023 by a few people who came together to do what they love, it has grown into the lively fishing lakes it is today. We want to bring people together, no matter the experience level, from Ashford, Kent and beyond. Our dedicated members and patrons often meet for various events and peaceful fishing.
