Director/Owner
John has an extensive expertise of over 40 years in all Piling methods, Sheet Piling, RC foundations and Underpinning. John is a very hands on Director / Owner and is very involved in the day to day running of the business, he attends site visits with clients bringing his knowledge to these visits and offering his expertise and advice providing possible alternative options if viable, to help the projects to run smoothly and providing streamline budget and valued engineering to projects.
Jay
Contracts Manager
Jay is a valuable member of JPD Developments' management team. Jay has extensive experience in RC frame construction, highways, groundworks, sub/super structure and remediation sectors. This includes high value residential and commercial packages , drainage and deep drainage works, Section 50, 278 and 106 works, piling, foundations, utilities,hardscaping, landscaping and surface finishing. Specializing in the full life cycle of projects from pre-construction and planning through project management, budget analysis and cost control, programming, HSQE, CDM and stakeholder engagement to final completion and handover, coupled with astute cost analysis and commercial acumen. A keen believer in safety first and the team ethos, mentoring, collaborative growth and the value of all contributions towards the projects success.
