Bricktec undertook an extension on my house in 2016 that added a single storey living space and a utility room to the rear. The design was more complicated than a standard single storey extension for several reasons including a sloping (downward) back garden that meant substantial foundations and high internal ceilings in order to tie into the existing house. Bricktec also laid an extensive patio to the rear of the new extension.

Steve was originally recommended to me be by a close friend many years ago, and has since built an extension for me and before that, did a full landscape of our garden. Steve and his team are a pleasure to have on site and are professional, reliable and hardworking. Whilst building our extension, I recommended Steve to our neighbours and he went on to build their extension and they are delighted with it. I will always recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

We had a double storey side extension and full width single storey extension at the back which gave us an extra bedroom, large garage and incredible open kitchen, living room with full width sliding doors onto the garden. There were many challenges for Steve, for example how to get the enormous steels through to the back of the house and in place, which he solved without incurring any significant extra expense. Halfway through the build the local council enforced new parking restrictions on our road which meant that we then had to increase our drive to take all of our family cars and Steve also took this in his stride creating a beautiful driveway which also sets off the house perfectly. We also asked him to add a patio area and with his attention to detail he ensured that the lines of the indoor tiles matched out onto the patio tiles. You would struggle to find a better builder. After having appointed Steve from a neighbours recommendation we were not disappointed and now consider him a friend.

We recently had a two story extension built by Bricktec who were recommended to us by a friend and we found them a pleasure to deal with. Steve and his team were all very friendly and professional. We chose them because of their excellent reviews and a very competitive quote. Their workmanship is of a very high standard. Steve is a perfectionist and he likes to make sure you get exactly what you want. The site was always left clean and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the results of all work carried out and have already recommended them to several people. Would definitely use again.
